2012 | Bilista Holding Line is formed as part of an organizational re-structuring by Calista—and is one of five Calista Holding Lines, representing Construction, Environmental, and Equipment businesses. |
2014 | Brice Environmental opens second office in Anchorage, Alaska. |
2015 | STG Pacific is added to the Bilista Holding Line. |
2016 | Brice Engineering and Brice Civil Constructors are added to the Bilista Holding Line. STG Pacific is accepted into the 8(a) program. |
2017 | Brice Engineering and Brice Civil Constructors are accepted into the 8(a) program. Bilista Holding is comprised of eight core companies; five 8(a) companies and three non-8(a) companies. The non-8(a) companies include six additional subsidiary operating companies. Sam Richard Brice passes away. |
